In Pakistan the month of March is significant for two major reasons. First in this month the final term examinations of school going children are conducted and secondly on 23rd march Pakistan day is celebrated that in 1940 had laid the foundation of Pakistan.

As far as my observation is concerned I believe that who ever finalized the month of March for final examination of school going children in Pakistan would have this in mind that this month is best in all aspects to conduct exams. Being spring season it is neither to cold nor too hot therefore children can easy attempt there papers and being spring it is a welcoming month of the year.

But unfortunately the growing global warming has turned the spring season quite hot as well. And despite being a spring season one cannot sit without fans on in a room. The temperature in some parts of Pakistan has been recorded 43 degree centigrade already this spring. And what makes the situation worst is the electricity shortage.

Yes! Children are having there exams and there is no light. “It is hot to sit how to manage studies’ asks my son”. Much has been said on the issue of electricity shortage in Pakistan but why isn’t any progress taking place.

The answer seems as obvious as the question. Pakistan has a corrupt government.
