Sandra Bullock while accepting her award, got very emotional thanking all she said “what this film was about for me, who are the moms that take care of the babies and the children no matter where they come from.” Then, through tears, Bullock saved time to thank her mother “for not letting me ride in cars with boys until I was 18, because she was right. I would have done what she said I was gonna do.”
